Multifaceted, Patrícia Silveira (1996) works mostly as a lyric singer.

She started her singing training at the Conservatório de Música do Porto, graduated in Lyrical Singing at the Escola Superior de Música, Artes e Espetáculo (ESMAE) and, the following year, she joined the master's degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam where she worked with Sasja Hunnego, Selma Harkink and pianist Jan-Paul Grijpink. In parallel with music, Patrícia shows an enormous interest in the promotion, production and artistic management and also in the visual arts and writing.

Currently, she works in partnership with the composer Francisco Fontes and will debut as a librettist in September 2021, in an opera at the Informal Opera Festival (FIO) with the Braga's Sinfonietta (Portugal). She lives in Amsterdam and works at the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen in Belgium. Patrícia continues to perform frequently in the Iberian Peninsula in recital with the pianist Ángel González and in concert with the ensemble O Bando de Surunÿo, of which she has been a base element, since 2015, and with whom she performs, not only, the first modern audition of several unpublished works from the Portuguese Baroque repertoire, as she actively participates in experimenting and discovering new ways of interpretations. With this group, in December 2019, she recorded the first CD entitled “Ai dina, dina, dana”. In December 2020, she will be touring with the Holland Baroque ensemble in the Netherlands.

Patrícia's professional and academic activity is versatile and diverse, having already been part of small jazz groups in Portugal and sang solo with the Jazz Orchestra of the Porto Music Conservatory. Professionally, she sings in choral and chamber music formations of a diversified nature such as the Casa da Música Symphonic Choir and Absolute Vocem Ensemble, having participated in important national and international music festivals, highlighting the Florilège Vocal de Tours 2015, 8th Abulensis Festival, Encounters Old Music Festival, Worlds and Backgrounds 2018-2019 and Autumn 2019 Festivals.
