Since its creation in 2011, Artway has presented a cutting-edge and globalizing vision, based on the highest standards of demand and artistic quality. Revealing itself as a strong engine of Portuguese classical music in Europe, Artway represented Portugal in the European Association of Artist Agents (House of Culture of Europe, Brussels) between 2014 and 2017, being the first Portuguese institution to do so since the creation of this association in 1947. As a company dedicated to cultural management, artistic management and production and record editing, over the more than 10 years of existence, Artway has strived to create relationships of trust with musicians, cultural institutions and municipalities, integrating programming networks, in order to develop a mechanism of mutual help that can enhance and strengthen artistic work, particularly in the field of classical music. It develops activity not only in the field of music, but, through multidisciplinary projects, it covers other artistic areas such as literature, theater and dance. In a decentralization logic, Artway has been involved in the realization of diverse artistic productions, consistently and regularly, with the intention of training and promoting the increase of public from Bragança to Portimão, passing through Madeira and Azores, and also outside of Portugal in countries such as Brazil, Spain, France, Hungary and United Kingdom.

Among the vast cultural production, the following projects stand out: "Bridging Musical Heritage" (funded by the European Commission / Creative Europe 2022-2024); "Festival Província Sonora"; "International Clarinet Studio"; "Temporada Artway 2021/2022" (Institutional Support Ministry of Culture); "Showcase @ ESMAE" and "Showcase @ Fundão"; "Viajando e rindo com Mozart" and "Suggia e Casals - a paixão e a música" (Casa da Música); "Europe's Day Concert" (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Lisbon 2013); "Mozart Concert Arias - Un moto di Gioia", by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker/CNB at Teatro Municipal Rivoli (Porto, 2014); "O Poeta dos Sons" (CCB, 2013 / Casa da Música, 2017); "Inside Music Machine" (ESMAE - FEUP - FMDUP, between 2011 and 2013).
With regular collaborations with the most prominent national cultural institutions (CCB, Casa da Música, Metropolitana, EGEAC, Culturgest, among others), Artway has been involved in commissioning several works from Portuguese composers, as well as in the important record of this heritage in phonographic editions that have become a reference, through its publishers Artway Records and Artway Next. In this field, it provides a significant expansion of the national repertoire's record (with a considerable amount of first recordings of unreleased repertoire) and of the active artists in our country, which proves to be a fundamental material and immaterial heritage to preserve the current cultural production for the present and the future.
All this work has found echo in the most important Portuguese media, such as Antena 2 and newspapers Público, Expresso, Jornal de Letras, SIC and RTP TVs, but also in the international context, namely in reference communication spaces such as Radio France, BBC Radio 3 and BBC Music Magazine, Gramophone Magazine, Westdeutscher Rundfunk Köln (WDR), among many others.

In terms of education, Artway has created pedagogical activities such as the Artistic Career Management Workshops. These activities were reinforced with the opening, in 2020, of the Artway Showcase platform which hosts emerging projects and artists and which would trigger the event "Showcase @", a traveling exhibition of young artists.
